New construction of a dedicated pool house structure for the 1000+ home neighborhood development in Sagamore Twp, Ohio.  Includes all new men's and women's ADA compliant restrooms, storage and mechanical areas, as well as employee area.  Remodel of existing community room included overhaul of existing restrooms and pool equipment area.
