Scene Magazine
In the fall of 2014, the ownership group behind Scene Magazine purchased an office building in downtown Cleveland, OH. JTL was hired to do the tenant improvement project on their new headquarters, as they planned to occupy the 4th floor. The building was situated on a one way street and adjacent to Progressive Field, the home of the Cleveland Indians Major League Baseball team. Traffic issues that impeded material delivery and a high pace schedule were the two biggest obstacles that JTL circumvented in order to deliver a high quality product to its customer.
