JTL was hired by a group of family members for construction of a brewery production facility in Westlake, Ohio.  Located in an industrial neighborhood, the project faced significant zoning challenges that caused multiple exterior redesigns mid-project.  While simultaneously managing the local municipality conversations, JTL kept the interior work on pace. Complete concrete excavation was required to accommodate underground plumbing locations, meanwhile plumbers and pipefitters were busy on lifts overhead installing plumbing and boiler/chiller loops to feed the soon to arrive brewery tanks.  Needless to say, it was a heavily populated job site!
