The Atrium Building
The Atrium Building is a 5 story commercial office building in Westlake, OH. Building ownership and management hired JTL to do capital improvements to the common areas of each floor and in the center atrium. The first challenge was to erect a full height, 5 story scaffold system so that the entire interior could be painted from the roof skylight down to the bottom floor. Carpet and tile replacement, lighting improvements and upgrades to the fire rating of main stairwells rounded out the scope of work.
